In addition to working with manufactures to ensure consistent production, we recognize the fact that customers have the ultimate say in what does and does not work.  We work closely with customers, in both the distribution and select end-user segments, to continually test and evaluate life-cycle performance of products and components.  If feedback shows that improvements are needed, that feedback is communicated directly to the manufacturer and needed improvements are implemented.
